There are a number of different types of arthritis.

Arthritis typically involves joint inflammation, structural changes, stiffness, and sometimes pain.

On a daily basis our bodies undergo a continuous wear and repair cycle, and when this is no longer in balance, you may start to have changes that result in signs and symptoms of arthritis.

Common areas treated for Osteoarthritis include the hips, knees, spine, shoulders, and fingers.

Just because you have arthritis doesn't mean your pain and mobility can't improve.

Physical therapy plays an important role in the management of arthritis, working to improve range of motion, strength, alignment, and functional mobility so that you can continue doing what you love.
